Online Therapy
Online Therapy provides all of the benefits of therapy with none of the commute.
Do you need support, but can’t make it to an in-person appointment? Are you a busy stay-at-home or working parent, and don’t have the time to drive across town for an appointment?
If so, we can help you through virtual therapy, or telehealth.

Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is as unique as individuals themselves. I use a variety of evidence-based techniques as treatment but mainly listen to what your specific concerns are and what you want your life to look like. Together we will build on the strengths you already possess and work to build new coping techniques to help you better manage stress, work, family relationships, self-esteem, etc. You can identify what goals you would like to achieve, and we will collaboratively work as a team to help you reach them.

Couples and Relationships
Every relationship is unique. In the right relationships, the whole can be greater than the sum of it’s parts. Disagreements happen in every relationship, however if you find yourself arguing too frequently, unsatisfied, questioning your happiness as a couple, or just want a healthy relationship "check-up", you may benefit from outside professional support.
